The listing, Spinner Books You Can Play: Kids Battle the Grown-Ups and Totally Gross Science has ended.
This is a set of two books that is actually a set of games you can play. Each book is based on a popular board game and has a flip-out spinner in the back that determines the category of play for a particular round. I am including a description of each game below based on the description on the box.
Kids Battle the Grown-Ups has three categories: Kids Only, Grown-ups Only, and Both Teams. It is a family game of trivia designed to stump different age groups and is as challenging for adults as it is for kids. Sample questions include:
Kids' Question:When it's noon in Seattle, what time is it in New York?
Grown-Ups Question: In Captain Underpants, what is George's last name?
Totally Gross has four categories: Black Holes and Sour Milk, Boogers, Butts and Brains, and Sickening Science. This game is designed to help kids understand chemistry, biology and more. Did you know snot keeps your lungs clean? Or that some bullfrogs are cannibals?
Sample questions include:
Q: How much snot do you swallow every day: none, two cups or two gallons?
Q: What makes sour: bacteria pee, bits of cow skin, or milk worms?
I will be glad to answer any questions. This set of Spinner Books is in new condition and, to the best of my knowledge, has never been played.
