This nintendo ds is a working console but the stylus is not the one that came with it but most of all the hinge between the top and bottom screen is broken, you have to hold it in place. it will not stay in place by itself. i have been playing it and it plays great but i got another one so i am letting this one go. also there is a piece of the plastic over the hinge that is broken off, it does not affect the play at all. it has minor and i mean minor scratches on the upper screen. it is being sold as is, no remorse or i didn't know sales.it does come with a charger.
