Very cute purse. Is washable and can be put in a dryer (although I wouldn't dry it too many times) the purse has an adjustable strap, I'm 5'5 and it goes down to my hips. Has a zippered outside pocket and two small side pockets, perfect for a small phone. Inside has three small pockets, also perfect for a phone. Wallet has a long strap that u can take off, it goes cross body on me. Far as I can see, IRS in perfect condition.
