Yes this is a genuine polished citrine gemstone! And stunningly beautiful! I bought it for myself but I just have too many size 7 rings and don't wear yellow often.

Thank you! It is truly gorgeous. The pictures do not show how thick and sparkly the silver and the stones are! It is hard getting rid of it but I have too many and it needs to be worn. It's too pretty to sit in a jewelry box. :-)
