The listing, BINDING MITER help to make perfect corners every time has ended.

The binding miter is the 2"x 2" white object in the center of the blue background. It will help with 1/4", 3/8", and 1/2" bindings. The instructions are on the back: see picture 2. This is not for a continuous binding.

Yes, by giving you a pre-measured 45 degree angle to mark. Then you fold the fabric to the marked line. If you take the second picture and make it larger by clicking on the center of the picture you can actually read the instructions for use. Thanks for asking.
