its in the advanced options of where you would post a new item.if someone asks you for a GIN you have the right to ask for any amount of credits you eish,or if someone makes you an offer say like 1500 credits for this purse you can choose to accept or not.If you choose to accept then you have to go back to where you have item your giving away and change the GIN to whatever set credit price
