this is an old child's ring I took it to lipman's store it is real gold don't know what kt but it is stamped avon they told me it is over 60 yr's old real yellow gold & the diamond is real. it was a friend of mine's mother that was 90 and passed so she said to put it on listia. it is really nice I would say a size 4-5. . free shipping !!!! if someone is interested I will be wiling to do a GIN

Ok, No disrespect intended here ether. I found another page that said that Avon did make some 10K jewelry, and you said this is at least 60 years old, so could be the info is just lost and maybe they didn't make many since they were a costume jewelry for the common man/woman only company, but it's possible and I read that on another page very late last night/early morning. That's my last word on the subject because now there's people arguing about this on line.

I am happy to here other peoples advice but I know what the jewelry store told me I would not say something unless I was told. I wasn't gonna put it up but I have no need for it at all so that is why I did. so sorry you have people arguing over it I only stated what I was told . thank's and good luck to who ever is bidding !!!

Your jeweler was wrong. Did they acid test this? Avon never made any real gold items from the 6 websites I just went to. If someone else knows different please post. Avon has put out some sterling silver, and sterling silver gold plated. Thanks, Still watching

no I didn't have it tested all I know is what I stated I took it to littmans & they checked the diamond it is one of the very first rings avon made & no disrespect but I can ony state what I am told !! I would never give info that I don't know thank's
