This is a handmade plus size dress or Muumuu I think it's called,Hawaiian print . Probably fit up 3 x maybe 4 x. I am 1 x and it big on me as I will show in a photo to give you an idea on size.

the seam is 27 in across laid flat from arm pit to arm pit ,and the waist from seam to seam is about 29in
