is this sized more for kids, or adults. i have 6 kids from toddler size to adult sized. is this more towards the teens, or more of a little kids cloak?

I'm five foot and if I put it on it dangles about 3 inches off the ground. So a young and short kid might have some trouble tripping over it and such, but it's great for any tween, teen or adult. It's got an adjustable string for tying around the neck.
