FREE: ECLIPSO: The Darkness Within #1

The listing, ECLIPSO: The Darkness Within #1 has ended.

This DC Comic hit the shelves in July of 1992 and was dubbed: "The Plastic Diamond Cover Issue" for the plastic diamond glued to the front cover over Eclipso's right eye. This ended up causing quite the uproar in the comic collectors community, because, being a Issue #1 all collectors put it directly into a bag with board and added to collections with all other collected comics. The problem ended up being that unless you kept this issue on the top, end or back of your pile (reversed) the comic next to it ended up with a diamond shaped indentation into it. imagine your luck with a priceless comic laying against that and getting ruined !!! I suggest that you remember that if you bid upon this one. I tried to get a picture of that diamond in picture #2 but it is a bit tough to see.
What was most liked about this issue was it introduced Superman which allowed for the second issue to be a crossover title of: "Superman: The Man of Steel Annual #1", and everyone knows where that went.
This book is in mint condition, corners are sharp, square and perfect and no scratches folds or creases on the book.
I am going to let all of you decide the amount you are willing to part with and start is rediculously low !!!
