I hate to have ‘rules’ but having guidelines does help in the bidding, buying and selling of items!

I WILL NOT end my auctions early
All wins are as-is. I do not cover Winners/Buyer’s Remorse!
I will contact the winner asking for name and mailing address and the winner has 7 days to reply with their Listia verified shipping information or I may re-list the item, and you may forfeit your credits.
All of my items come from a smoke-free home.
I have been burned before - if you claim the item broke in the mail please be ready to send me a picture of the broken item.
some of my Items have shipping charges .If you don't wanna pay them don't bid and don't ask me to give you a break on it
I do conciter compined shipping if the bid is high enough and you win more then one auction

can you tell me more about the seeds? Is there anything special you have to do to get them to fruit?

Put the seeds in a small jar. Cover the seeds with sulfuric acid. Screw the lid on the jar. Let the seeds sit for 10 minutes. Pineapple seeds are typically very slow to germinate. Scarifying the seeds in sulfuric acid speeds up the germination process, which could otherwise take up to six months.
Nothing special to get it fruited ,it'll takes bout 1 to 2 years

Plant the seeds in a small pot full of well-draining, sandy soil. Add enough water to moisten the soil.

Place plastic wrap over the top of the pot. Secure the plastic wrap with a rubber band. Place the pot on a windowsill, on your back porch, or any other area where it can receive both full and indirect sunlight.

Remove the plastic wrap and water the soil frequently enough to keep it moist. According to the Purdue University Center for New Crops and Plant Products, the seeds germinate in approximately 10 days.
