1 pokemon gold version. I have no idea if it saves or not, I do not have a gameboy anymore. This game has been with me for over a decade, but I no longer play it, so it's going to the highest bidder!

Even if the battery is dead it's not that hard to change, I bought silver version off Amazon and didn't read that it didn't save. A quick google search and I was able to swap the battery fine.

Yea it's very simple to do. I just no longer have a gameboy to play it.
