Never out of the box! One of the random things I got and didn't gift out. It has more sparkle than the pictures shows. it's vary pretty! This can be inside or outside! I would have kept it but I can't figure out where to put it. I promise to package it so it gets to you safe and sound!

delivery is $8.00 for United States and if it's more I'll eat the extra. The last thing I shipped that was smaller did cost more than that. I just need a little help to ship it is all. If you are from anther country it's rounded down to the nearest $. for example if it's $ 12.61 you'll pay $12.00.

I will ship when S&H Is paid. UNLESS You have gotten something from me b4 or are a GOOD LISTIAN. I hate having to do this, this way but I have been burned b4. I don't have $ to send everything to everyone for free. My 2nd winner didn't pay me and it wasn't good. I ship things out with in the week of getting S&H.
