I'm not really sure but I will measure it and post shortly. my daughter was one when she used and it still fits her now at four. if that helps???

just tried it on just now and it fit my wrist but guess it would depend on how big the wrist was. measures 8 inches

yeah I used to carry it around if she didn't want to wear it. just tried on and it latched on last hole so guess you could wear it.
