The listing, Silver picture frame for baby has ended.

Very cute frame that measures 4.5" X 5.5" and holds a 2.25" X 3.25" picture. It has a convex bear on it with a pink bow. However, the bow can be changed to any color. It does not have the glass but you could put plexiglass in it or clear plastic.

Yes, there is a spot that you can see in the picture that the frosted look is coming off as well as one below the bear. It has shinny silver under that though. a few dings on the outside frame. I don't know if this is heavy aluminum or real silver but there are no dark spots so it is solid something.
