I grew these last year and we loved them. My older neighbor who's farmed and gardened for years, just laughed and laughed cz he'd never heard of asparagus or long beans. But he sure did enjoy eating them when we grew them :) They are a yummy, nuttier flavor than regular green beans :) Most Chinese restaurants use these on their buffets :) YUMMMMMMY!
