The listing, Hand Crafted Decorative Gourd Teapot has ended.

Shabby Chic! This is a hand crafted teapot created with various gourds. The body is made from a cannonball gourd (approx 8" in diameter), dyed a deep forest green and sanded, etc, to create the distressed look. The large pink rose on the front is also hand painted. Gourds were used by pioneers for dishes, cups, bowls, etc, however this is intended for decorative use only. It is NOT dishwasher safe. To clean/dust, simply use clean dust cloth. Great piece for the country kitchen or Victorian decor.

Thank you...this is my first time so it really pleases me. I wasn't sure how well it would do. I'll be putting a few other hand crafted/painted gourds on the auction block in the next couple of days. Fan me and I think you'll get info when something else comes up. I think that's the way that works? :)
