This navy blue dress with a white pattern came from the Ann Taylor Loft. It is size MP, or medium petite. It will fit a size 6 up to possibly a size 10. I'm 5'6" and it hits just below the knee on me. It has a thin sash tie and a blousy fit at the waist. The fabric has a smooth, lightweight drape to it. Feels very comfortable!
