I have a very high fits just in-step arch and a size 8 and it fits fine. You would need to all so take into consideration how big around your ankles are. Using myself as a reference I am a 5'7 wears a size 8 shoe with a small to Medium size ankles. These are very fashionable and trending, when I was a child and being the 3rd girl who got a lot of hand-me-downs was always excited to get there throw away. But even more I loved to wear my mom's shoes as they were oh so pretty. anyway she had a pair (back then they came in pairs) of Leather and Turquoise Sole-less Beach Sandals I Love them so much. Anyway long story shortened I have been wearing at least 1 of these beauties for 50 years and they still have not gone out of style...LOL
