Okay so here is an interesting auction. What you get is the pictured tablet and the charger that goes with it. I bought it for only $110.00. My problem is that it worked just fine but I only used it a couple of times, it was brand new or at least refurbished and barely used... and then when I powered it on, it just got stuck on the "android" screen. My friend tells me that is fixable, but I have neither the time nor the inclination to mess around with it because I was given a Kindle as a present, and so I don't even need this tablet any more. What I can assure you is that you get what you see, "as is" and that it powers on. What I cannot assure you is that you will ever be able to meaningfully use it, unless you know how to reset it, or otherwise have the ematic people fix it. It seems to power on and work just fine except for the fact that it doesn't get past the boot up screen. I am sure there are things I can try to do to fix it but I really just don't have time or care enough to do it, and I don't want it to cost more to fix it than it is worth. So, that is the full disclosure. If you want to get this and mess with it yourself and make it work then great, go ahead and bid. Otherwise, I will NOT be accepting returns saying that "it only goes to the boot-up screen" because you know that because that's what I just said. If you are good with computers, this auction might actually be perfect for you. If not, DON'T BID! If you don't understand what this is for or what "as is" means then please, also, don't bid. Also, I just remembered I have a gorgeous leather case that this goes in, and lets it stand upright in as well, I am adding pictures now. That was $17.99 by itself! It is way bigger than my new Kindle so I am just going to let it go with the Ematic Tablet, which fits it perfectly.
