The listing, Antique Glass Cutter has ended.

Antique glass cutter that was used at Tiffany Studio in NYC by my great-grandfather who worked for Tiffany. It is wooden handle, steel head with a diamond set.

This has been in the family for a long time. The grandfather used it while working at the studio in NYC. He first worked for LCT in Corona Long Island and moved on and up. He wasn't a premier artist. He cut glass as directed. It has remained in our possession being passed along to each generation. I do not know how he acquired it. He may have purchased or was issued there. Really not sure. He was not there very long and was never one of the premier artisans. He went on to work for Macy's department store as a buyer of fine goods. Hope this helps!

We most definitely. We figured he used it somewhere between 1906-1908.
