Great condition, with minor surface scratches. No cracks, and works without issue. It is U.S. Cellular carrier and needs to be brought to store to get screen unlocked.

The screen is locked. The only way to unlock it is to take it to a U.S. Cellular store when it is activated. I have never used it for staight talk so i am not sure.
