I have been looking for the name of this flower, and can't seem to find it. Maybe someone out there knows what it is. All I know is I have taken some of my best butterfly pics from these little yellow-orange babies. I got them About 8 yrs. ago from a farmers market. He told me to throw them out, cover them with mulch, and keep them watered. They were mixed with Zinnias, and Cosmos for color. And I've had them every yr. since.
So if you like butterflies, you'll love these little wild flowers.
Oh yes, and they are an aggressive flower. So make sure you put them where you want them to stay, and give them room. I think their considered an annual, but you can take all the seeds you want, (to trade or give away) and they will still reseed themselves.
