These are never opened. I know there is one sheet of tattoos in here but I am unsure of how many are on the sheets. These are great for those that love to do things with design for themselves. I believe they are applied by holding the tattoo to the part of the body where you wish to place it, then hold a towel or cloth over top of it with warm water for about a minute then it should apply to the skin. I think they last for a few weeks depending on your lifestyle of activities.
