i assumed so... So yes it does come with a charger. I am not including ear buds just because they are used and usually everyone has a different preference on what kind they like.

yes it is pretty clean with very few scratches. it still has some music on it. it does hold a charge and it isn't a brand name. I got it off of ebay a little while back but it works great. It hold photos and even has an FM player. Thanks for looking.
