This is an adorable baby girl hat with a ruffle trim. This was crocheted by hand. My mom makes these with love for the little ones. Never worn!!! I'd say the size is 0-12 months, just depending on head size.

No hun, she uses the yarn she has. She's a cancer patient and has been trying to destash her supply of yarn so she crochets while she's at treatment. So for now, she's not making custom orders. Thank you though!
