This is an adorable baby hat. This was crocheted by hand. My mom makes these with love for the little ones. Never worn!!! I'd say the size is 0-12 months, just depending on head size.

Sometimes, but right now she's working on cleaning out her yarn stash so it's just hit and miss on what she has. Keep your eyes open though, my Mom is a hat making machine. LOL
