Waist is 16 and 1/4 inches, Hips' is 20 1/8 inch. Lenth is 20 -20& 1/2 inches its kinda hard to get exaxt, but I mesured it all up for you. I do think it would look vary good on your skin tone. If thats you in the pic? I hope you enjoy it :)

That is me in the photo!! I love this color with black leggings and I have a black and teal colored shirt or two that would look nice with this, also I have some very colorful different hues of blue tattoo work so this color is always great to add to my wardrobe, I'll definitely be watching, seems like it would fit just fine.
