Sorry that you felt the need to editorialize. Yes--for some it's an "easy" out. However, for the many who are clinically depressed, they see suicide as the only way to end their overwhelming internal pain. They are unable to focus on or recognize how their suicide can impact others. The DVD is from a non-biased, well-respected resource to help people better understand those who attempt suicide. Perhaps you'd like to bid on this and see for yourself,.

PS: I have been a medical librarian to several psychiatric hospitals since the early 1990s and am quite familiar with those who have attempted or completed suicide as well as known some of their families. I am also up-to-date on the professional literature on the subject.
