Are you sure these are ceramic? I've seen the yellow one at Target, and it's definitely stainless. I also didn't know Kuhn Rikon made ceramic knives. I'm planning on bidding high -IF- they are full ceramic. THanks!

I bought them at T.J. Maxx and they were marked ceramic. Here is the Kuhn Rikon website for ceramic knives, compare:

BECAUSE THIS AUCTION IS IN IT'S LAST HOURS I AM UNABLE TO UPDATE - WITH THE EXCEPTION OF ADDING A COMMENT. After Listia member Perplexer questioned my auction as ceramic knives - I went back and did more research. Kuhn Rikon DOES indeed make ceramic knives, however, this set is not. THIS IS MY ERROR. The yellow knife in question I added to keep all the colors different, thinking it was like the others. I have a red Kuhn Rikon knife I will substitute in it's place.

I am a trusted seller and have only had 100% positive feedback. I do not want to do anything to compromise my Listia status.
