I have bid and won two different candles with jewelry and both times I had to fight to get my credits back because I never received the candle but you I know I can trust as you had to fight to get your credits back from one of the same sellers. LOL I feel your pain!! Trust me!! I've tried to win these a couple times here but never any luck in actually getting them once I won.... If it could not go worse, the company got so backed up during Christmas & even awesome sellers that planned on shipping & following through could not because the company was so behind!
So what I've done is ordered this awhile back... waited for it to come in.

I have to agree with Camrltt. As a seller, Id hate to depend on someone else to get an item sent in a timely manner. Most people who sell JIC knew about the backlog in shipping speeds from November on so selling a candle and expecting JIC to ship in a timely manner at the beginning was just nonsense!

Will do lovely lady! I got the lavender and she said it was her favorite scent,they have so many good choices to pick from. I bought 3 diamond candles and was disappointed with 2 scents and the 3rd was just ok,but none had strong enough scent for me either =/

My favorite so far has been the chocolate, I absolutely love it!! Next in line would be the honeysuckle.. they smell amazing!! I have not tried the cinnamon.. I decided to give this one to listia but it does smell heavenly inside the box!

PinkyPink, you know I have done a few JIC give aways on here and never once had an issue with someone NOT getting their order!! I notified them buyer that it could take up to a month back in January before they would see the item because of the shipping back up. Sound like the seller did not know about the back up, which in any case the seller notifies the buyer about the wait and gives the buyer the chance to continue to wait for the item or to get their credits back. Since we do not know if the seller was a TRUE JIC REP., we can only assume chances are the person wasn't and did not count on someone being able to get the credits back.

Sounds like you must have gotten lucky then! If you look at my feedback, you will find 3 transactions with these type Candles that never were received, then it was a pain having to fight with the seller for my credits back. One by no fault of the sweet seller who kept in communication with me throughout the transaction, JIC had not shipped the candle in over 40 days!! That rep was so sweet & gave me my credits back... that's the only time its ever went "smoothly" None the less, I love these candles so when I put in my order I was sure to order an extra one for my fans.

I am a JIC rep and I am completely fed up with them! They are still so far behind in sending out orders it's unreal, and I haven't gotten my commission as promised either. I'm done with them. So it's nice to see that you actually have the candle in your possession for the buyer. It's not safe to have someone bid on a candle of their choice and then rely on the company to send it because it takes months!!!! So I'm happy to see this one!
