I lost over 5000 points last year to theft in the post office. So far this year one Hard Rock Hotel pin has been stolen from a taped up envelope. I have not received a little dragon pin that was sent 9 days ago and also a good size bottle opener from spoken Washington that is around 300 miles away from me.
