Listia rules state that 10 days is the reasonable time frame for contacting the seller. If the event of a dispute, going by what your terms claim, the buyer will win.

just because they file disputes doesn't mean that they win. if they are filing disputes after only three days, they are not going to win if Listia enforces their own rules. I'm sorry you've had problems with these people. and I wasn't trying to be rude... It's just that so many people on here try to make up their own rules that sometimes I just get aggravated... Good Luck and hopefully you'll have better experiences from now on with a better class of bidders... :-)
