Straight from D23 in Anaheim, California.! The famous "Perry" - Agent P - from Phineus & Ferb.
My son won this playing the "waffleinator" game they had there. It's too small for his wrist.
Measures 1 inch wide, and about 7 inches (around) snap to snap. It has 2 snaps on one side, so one is a little over 7" and the other about 7-1/2" For a small child.
Has the Disney logos on the back and a flying Agent P in full costume.
Great "pick me up" gift for a small child.
