when you plug in does it light up, does the hand wheel move? When you press on the presser foot, does the needle move? When you bought from another person what did they say about it? How long has it sat since you bought it? I would prefer up front knowledge. I can fix machines, but I need to know as much as possible. Do you have a name and phone number of previous owner?
