No, these are not stones in these flowers. Back in the 70s and 80s a lot of jewelry was made with applied glitter that sparkles and looks like crystals. It really had me fooled when I learned of this process a few years ago. Hope this helps you!

No, in the 70s And 80s a lot of jewelry was made with color glitter applied the the jewelry and it sparkles like crystals. Hope this helps!
