I totally know where you are coming from. I am going through the exact thing you talk about. A "fellow Listian" Won an auction of mine (my first) The very same day he said he sent it back to me because it was not "REAL" the ring was 18k g.f. Garnet. Beautiful. I won it on Listia for my G.F. for V-day. Turns out I didn't need it. Now he wants credits back & I'm going thru a mediator. I am not going down w-o a fight. Why couldn't he have re-listed it? I have yet to receive it back. I even messaged the wonderful lady I won it from to let her know what and why....If more people thought the way you did we wouldn't have these petty problems that tie up our credits and ruin our credit rating.
