Yes, you remove the original back piece of your galaxy and pop this one on.

That's awesome. But I was wondering if I would be able to keep my original back on and only use the front with my back piece. Or is it all one piece?

Sorry, It's all one piece. You'd need to remove the original back. I'll have more case auctions running in the near future.

Wondering, does the front piece snap into the back to secure it ? And is both the front and back piece hard? I see you said is hard but normally the back is hard and front is soft so just double checking :) ty!

The front piece of the case is fused to the back. I dont think it's going anywhere. I'll add a picture, it's hard to describe. And I'm not sure what material the front piece is made of. I know its not plastic but its durable. It doesn't bend
