Happy Black History month! I find these coins every once in a while, no idea where they come from. Kinda punk. They would be good slipped to a bartender or waiter, or perhaps glued to a glass countertop somewhere.

it's not paint btw, they seem to have been etched and then chemically blackened. this is a real 2013 penny.

I think I will be able get my hands on more pennies in this style in the near future, and I will probably be setting them in bezels for pendants, earrings, fobs, etc. If anyone has a particular way they would like them set please let me know! Unfortunately I don't think they will be starting at zero credits like this one did, so bid on this one while you can!
