The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for XBOX 360. Original one-disc edition. Comes with original game booklet. Game works perfectly. Couple of minor scuffs on disc but does not affect game play. Case also has a few scratches but no cracks. Great game but I've played through it and now I'm done.
