This is a smaller sized bracelet. Female (or male?)
Made with only 100% Military grade Nylon, 7 strand core, 550 Paracord.

I prefer to only use the heavy duty 1/2" buckle. Not the toy-like 3/8" buckle that many others like to use.
To me, those smaller buckles are hard on your fingers to squeeze and feel kind of cheap.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR WRIST::
Take a piece of string or anything similar, and wrap it around your wrist, then measure that next to a ruler to get your wrist size. I recommend adding 1/2 to 3/4" to whatever that size is to get your bracelet just right. Over time, it will shrink a bit and mold to your wrist due to wear and the oils on your skin. It is made to last for a very long time (or until you may actually need to use it).
