This tablet works perfect, . Never had any problems, the only reason I'm getting rid of it, is because I got the kindle fire hdx...
Books, movies, Netflix, you tube Facebook, games, anything you want through the Amazon store..
Great tablet to have..not sure if I have an extra charger or not. I'll have to look. It takes the same charger that most all phones, & tablets take now. You can literally buy them at the dollar store now!

Btw, this will come shipped in the kindle fire HD box, but it's not the HD kindle..:) this is the first generation. Just as good, with less memory, & it's not HD.
