Girl, do I know what you mean! LOL I bought this at Target last year, and as stated in the description it is very stretchy material, but has very good "rebound". The label states "Hello Kitty by Sanrio" and "Manufactured by Freeze". I'm not a pro at measuring things, but the measurements I got are:

23" L- from neckline to bottom
23" W- from underarm to underarm
22.5" W- across bottom
22" L- sleeves (from neckline to end of sleeve)

Consider this: I'm a very curvaceous woman, and on the thicker side, wear a 40DDD bra, size 16-18 jeans, and it fits me snugly, but fits. I hope this information helps!
