These beautiful necklaces are hand cut, and perfectly fitted to a lightweight washer. They are cut from patterned scrapbooking paper, and are then sealed with mod podge for a durable, glossed finish. These gorgeous decoupaged pendants are then hung from a sturdy suede cord. These cords are an elegant, matte black in colour, and are 30 inches long; thus meaning the pendant will hang delicately in the middle of the lower chest for most.
