yes you can just put a sim card in it and no i don't have one to give you but it comes with a charger,the phone and the battery

also, there is webpages that list the secret hidden funtions for these. (extra game, shortcuts...etc., even ability to get free internet is listed, but i have not found that code.) check one such site, wiki.sidekick.com

i unlocked the one i just won here, and use for att. text and phone only, no internet.
do you know about the trade in plan for sidekicks? they are quiting the danger network and going to android in may 2011, but they do offer trade for tmobile sidekick users. ( i can't use it because i use att)
