Well it can't be mint that would mean it went from the package into a sleeve and toploader (untouched) but may mint is good i want it :-)

josh mints do exsist even when handled by hands i have a shadowless charizard 1st edition i took out of sleeve and sitll graded a 10 psa over a year after even handling it a few times to show a few close friends. I use to keep it enclosed in a ultra sleeve inside a penny sleeve then inside a screw case :) Tho this would condtion a fair/near mint cause of the warping of the card even tho minor does dramatically take down on a actuall grade scale. Still a beautiful card rehardless light arcanin possibly one the most beautiful of the prints i think :)

ur right tho minor edge ware and warping knocks it belot anear mint if lucky would reach a profesonal grade of near mint if wasnt for the warp still awsome card tho :) as a collector and nto a reseller i know id be content with it lol
