Seller you have stated that if the case is broken you will not refund credits. You can not state this. I would like to remind you that you as a seller are responsible for safe shipping of any items sent to your winners. If something happens to your items during shipment you are responsible.
However, if a winner receives an item in a damaged condition it will be on the winner to return the item to the seller in the condition received for a refund depending on the damage to the item.
Items not packaged correctly and received not in the condition listed can affect your feedback rating.
Please package items in the proper manor for your winners to receive them safely.
