The winner of this auction will receive at least 5 seeds each of the following heirloom peppers: Fish, Poblano (Ancho), and Cubanelle.

The Fish pepper is an heirloom pepper that gained popularity as a seasoning in fish and shellfish dishes in the Philadelphia and Baltimore area. The variegated color of the fruit and leaves of this pepper make it an attractive addition to any garden.

Poblano peppers are a standard Mexican variety for making sauces and for stuffing in dishes like chile rellenos. Green when fresh, these peppers can also be allowed to ripen to a vibrant red and dried for ancho peppers.

Cubanelle peppers are the only sweet pepper in this auction. These thin-walled, long, tapered peppers are great for roasting or frying.

All seeds were either saved from my garden in 2013 or extras received in trades. They will come packaged in zip lock baggies in a plain, non-bubble envelope. If you would prefer a bubble envelope, please let me know after you win the auction and I can quote you a price via paypal for the additional shipping charges.
