Was on my 1998 mustang for about a year. Should fit on your mustang a couple of years before or after 1998.

It's thick vinyl on the exterior with felt lining.

No installation instructions come w/it. You can google and download instructions (that's what I did) for 'how to' instructions.

It has normal wear n tear meaning there are a few small cracks in the vinyl on it but still serves the purpose as a 'bug saver.' Does have 1 hook missing that can be fixed/replaced w/small bungy cord w/hook. It has already been cleaned and washed.

Don't have a pic to post to show you what it looks like on since I don't have the pony anymore.

This is a nice piece of accessory for your pony if you do alot of highway travelling (easier to clean the bugs off), looks sporty and adds character.
