Here I have a beautiful bracelet that is graced with a very large heart adorned with Swarovski crystals and pearls and small baubles! The lock, as you can see to the right of the large heart w/crystals, is an actual heart with a lever to open the lock, very unusual! This piece is quite weighty but I think the metal of the links are made of surgical steel.
